So let me get this straight. Trent Cole ends Seahawks starting left tackle Russell Okung’s season and gets fined $7500. Marshawn Lynch wears green socks on Monday Night Football and gets fined $5,000?

His socks contained lime-green, which according to the NFL is not up to code.

I guess for the trip to Chicago this week (the Seahawks fly out today) Marshawn “BeastMode” Lynch will have less money to spend on Skittles.
He has officially lost some money for violating the league’s uniform policy, a league spokesman confirmed on Friday.

I hope this doesn’t effect his on-field performance to much in Week 15. The Bills former 1st-round pick only needs 31 yards to grab himself a 1,000-yard season, the first for the Seahawks since 2005 by the NFL MVP that year Shaun Alexander.
Lynch has a chance to break a tie with Alexander for consecutive games scoring a touchdown as well.
This would also be Lynch’s first 1000 yard season since 2008.
The year he last went to the Pro Bowl.
A place he’d like to get back to.
I think he can.

Not bad numbers for a guy running behind 2/5 of the starting Seahawks offensive line. RT James Carpenter, LT Russell Okung and RG John Moffitt, are all lost for the season with injuries.
Beast Mode is easily the most relentless runner we’ve ever seen in a Seattle Seahawks uniform, and all I’ve got to say, like I’ve been saying all season is
“John Schneider PAY HIM”.
Especially now, since he needs that extra $5,000 for this ridiculous fine from the NFL. (NO Fun League)
